Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

The online shop at omniuniform.com is run by:

These Terms set out how you can order from us, how we deliver, how payment works and what you can do if you want to return something or if a product is faulty.

2. Orders

You can order 24 hours a day. To place an order, add products to the cart, give your contact details and delivery address, choose the delivery country, accept these Terms and pay. The contract is concluded when you receive our e-mail confirming the order.

All prices are final prices in EUR. The delivery cost is shown before you pay. The seller uses the Polish small business VAT exemption (Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act), so no VAT is added to the price.

Our products are made to order in our own sewing room in Poland. Every order receives a proof of purchase sent by e-mail.

3. Delivery

We usually hand the parcel to the courier within 1 to 5 working days after payment. Delivery costs and times:

We ship only to the countries offered in the checkout. If your country is not on the list, write to us and we will check what is possible.

4. Payment

You pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) on the secure payment page of Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. We never see or store your card details. We start preparing your order once the payment is authorised. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is in another currency.

5. Right to cancel and returns

As a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. How to do it, who pays for the return and how we refund you is described on the page Returns and right to cancel, which also contains the model cancellation form.

The cost of sending the goods back to us is paid by the buyer.

6. Faulty products (complaints)

We are responsible for making sure the products you buy match the contract. If something is wrong, write to biuro@omniuniform.pl with your order number, a short description and, if possible, photos. We reply within 14 days. If the complaint is justified we will repair or replace the product, or, if that is not possible, reduce the price or refund you. We cover the cost of sending a faulty product back to us.

Under EU law the seller is liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

7. Personal data

We process your personal data under the GDPR as described in our Privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

These Terms and contracts concluded through the shop are governed by Polish law.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, nothing in these Terms takes away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
