Your right to cancel

As a consumer you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you named (other than the carrier), received the goods.

To cancel, tell us clearly that you want to cancel the contract, for example by e-mail to biuro@omniuniform.pl, giving your order number. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days have passed.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us that you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. Please pack them well. Return address:

You may examine the goods as you would in a shop, for example try a garment on. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example washed or worn garments).

Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost (except extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery than our cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of the day we were informed of your decision to cancel. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used, in the same currency, unless you agree otherwise; you will not pay any fees for the refund.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your personal specification or clearly personalised (for example with embroidered names or logos).
