2. What we process and why

  • Your order: name, delivery address, e-mail, phone number, ordered products, payment status. We need them to conclude and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Your customer account, if you create one: the data above and your password (stored only as a hash), to run the account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Accounting: order and payment records, which we must keep under tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Customer service, returns and complaints: your messages and the data needed to handle them (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Preventing fraud and keeping the shop secure: IP address and browser information saved with an order, server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest). Flagged orders are always checked by a person.
  • Statistics and advertising: only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), see section 6.

3. Who receives your data

Only companies that help us run the shop, and only as far as needed: the payment operator Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland), courier companies delivering your parcel, our hosting provider (OVH, servers in the EU), our e-mail sending provider, our accounting office and, if you agree to marketing cookies, the advertising tools listed in section 6.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (for example Google, Meta, TikTok, Stripe) may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Order data as long as needed to perform the contract and then for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the year of the sale) and until possible claims expire. Account data until you delete the account. Data processed on the basis of consent until you withdraw it.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use necessary cookies and browser storage so that the shop works (cart, favourites, login, your cookie choice). With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (statistics) and Google Ads, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel (measuring and tailoring our ads). These tools receive information about pages viewed and shop events (product view, add to cart, purchase with order number and value), cookie identifiers, IP address and browser data, but not your name, address or e-mail. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work, or with the Polish authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
